Return policy -

All orders from the Artist Katie Small website are non returnable. If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with shipping please contact Katie Small at artistkatiesmall@gmail.com for a refund.

Refund policy -

If your item arrives damaged in any way it is subject to a full or partial refund. Please send photos to artistkatiesmall@gmail.com of your damaged product.

Delivery policy -

All Artist Katie Small products should be delivered within 2-3 weeks if ordered in the US and within 3-4 weeks if ordered overseas. As each individual item is hand crafted by Katie Small, there may be some extensions on these time frames. If your order is past due please contact Katie Small at artistkatiesmall@gmail.com.
